I have only tried the ice cream here but it’s delicious. Nothing special but sometimes you’re just really craving a blizzard Open year round with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was very friendly. Decent selection of ice cream cakes. Bring a jacket if you plan on eating inside because the dining room is freezing! Prices are as expected for DQ . Dining room is clean and bright. A great place to take the family on a hot summer day to get away from the heat and treat yourself to a frozen dessert.

I got their $7 meal deal. It’s not a lot of food but for a lunch it was okay. The burger I had was good for a fast food burger. They bring the food to your table after you order. It was pretty busy.

I was at this Dairy Queen and on the menu they do not warn you or they do not say it but, they charge you .59 for a cup. To me that is a little crazy. And I was handing the cashier a 20.00 but, my friend had a gift card, so I told her nevermind on the 20.00 I was about to give them. But, before my friend could them the gift card they used my money. Save your money by going to the one on Elm St. Same exact ice cream- cheaper prices. In my opinon do not go to this Dairy Queen, it rips you off for paying for cups. I attached a photo for proof.

This one is a Grill ‘N Chill. Burgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings and such in addition to all the ice cream treats. Brand new construction with an outside seating area in addition to the dining room as well as a drive through. The Flame Thrower burger had a little spice to it which I liked. Coke products served here.

Great addition to Jackson dining! If you haven’t had a chicken strip basket with gravy or a chili cheese dog from dairy queen, you are missing out! I had to let my food cool down it was so fresh and hot. I’m so happy to have this fast food option without going out of town!! Ice cream is always a win, but dining at Dairy Queen is a bonus victory!!!

We waited 25 minutes for our ice cream. We watched people after us come in and get their food first so we went to ask where ours was, (we had kids, btw), and girl said oh my God, so sorry. Food fine, but sadly our first time there and we won’t be back.

The new DQ has become a regular meeting spot for my friends and I! The rotisserie chicken salad is my favorite! Also, the chicken strips, fries and pretzel sticks are delicious… bonus: fancy pants coke machine with a bazillion options (including sugar free creations). Fun, family friendly atmosphere with toddlers to seniors enjoying themselves.

Every time we go there, the food is so delicious! They have a wide variety of food and awesome desserts! And the speed through the drive thru has been surprising fast, about 5 to 7 minutes, which is awesome for food made to order! We went inside one time though, and we had a hard time finding a clean table. They certainty are very busy! One thing that they could work on is serving Hot fries, not mostly warm fries. But they do have other upgrade options for a moderate upcharge. Right now they are the new exciting novelty of North West Jackson …and they have finally finished the pavement in the parking lot! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen on Airport Rd. in Jackson, MI…!!! Woohoo!!!

Still kinda rough, but not for lack of trying. You’re getting there. Getting the order placed took patience, the cashier wasn’t fully trained. But she and the (manager?) who helped her were friendly and eager to please. Two items ordered (from the menu) weren’t available. Getting a clean table wasn’t easy.. We were ultimately successful, but it was obvious the dining room hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Received our food in record time – under 5 minutes. Presentation was GREAT. Cheese burger was built evenly and neatly, pickles evenly distributed! The fish sandwich was equally impressive and the fish heartily outsized the bun. Both sandwiches and fries were tasty, and the fish was hot, but the burger and the fries were not much better than lukewarm.. So over all a mixed experience. I am looking forward to coming back once they have all the bugs worked out to see if they continue to have great people and presentation. If, so I will add stars as appropriate.
