The wife and I have had a long day dealing with parents in a nursing home, etc today… Decided to order out… We have noticed the Papa John’s TV commercials for the new Double Cheese Burger Papadias… Well, they arrived… How disappointing!! Almost NO Meat!! Mostly pickle slices! The meat that Is present is in slices, like on a cheese steak?? You would think ground beef, like a cheese burger, but you’d be wrong!! Maybe a thimble of some white cheese along the fold… then a cup of cheap thousand island dressing … Super Disappointing!!! Save your money, Don’t order this!! Delivery driver was friendly and personable!! Food Sucked!!!

They prepared my food without any gloves on. I should have asked for my money back and left but I hadn’t eaten all day and it was 8:00 at night. A couple days later I end up with a bad cold. It’s the first time I’ve eaten fast food in over 2 years and the first cold I have had in over 4 years, so I know it was because of this restaurant. Because I have a compromise immune system I stay away from people. But because of hurricane Ian I was forced to get fast food. I’m sure it didn’t help that I went in there without my mask but I couldn’t find it because the car was packed so full. Because it was such a open space I figure I’ll be safe since no other customers were in there. Never again will I watch someone prepare my food without gloves on and not ask for my money back then leave. This lesson costed me a bad cold but for the future it may have saved my life.

Waiting an hour for my order, the delivery guy got lost. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and assuring me they can get a fresh order out to me quickly…. the guy starts playing the blame game. Dude, just be nice to the customer and get the fresh pizza to them quickly.
