Service was horrible. I went to the drive thru 10 min and no one took my order. I beeped my horn still no one took my order. I went around and parked and went inside and one worker seated in dining area and other worker standing talking to her while eating and sipping on a drink. I stood at the counter for a while and went back outside but decided they’re going to serve me today. I just wanted to see how long it was going to take. I let some people coming in go ahead of me and they got up to serve them and I waited and so finally I got served. I was extra polite but I was sooo dissatisfied with the service.

The line at the drive through is usually really long and moves extremely slow. It doesn’t happen every single time but sometimes I don’t get exactly what I ordered. Last time I ordered a 2 piece meal that was $3.49 and I pay then leave with what I thought I ordered plus a few things I added. They charged me over $10 instead of $3.49 and gave me a 3 piece meal. Is it really that hard to enter an order that you correctly repeated to me to confirm? It’s so frustrating to know I can’t just get some good food without waiting forever or having the order screwed up.

I don’t understand what difference it makes if yoi buy 8 pieces of chicken in one box or two? The menu does NOT show their specials. The 3 pieces for $3.99 is on a.poster in the window on the side of the building AFTER you have.gone through the drive-thru and paid $16 for 8 pieces!! On top of that, the chicken is often bland…no salt.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten at this restaurant and my recent visit reminds me why. I was required to pull up and wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes for 5 strips. The receipt displays I was charged for a large okra but the associates only placed a small portion in the box. They were in and out speaking to someone in a white car. Poorly Managed!!
