Very, Very unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL! Placed and online order for pickup at 9:05 p.m. Arrived at store at 9:35 p.m. I had my daughter go in to pick the order. Instead of receiving the order. She got a locked door and staff closing blinds telling her their closed! Their suppose to CLOSE at 10 p.m not 9:35 p.m! So I went to the door myself to let them know I was here to pickup my order. As I’m talking to them and looking at 3 boxes of pizza in the warmer!?!? They told me someone picked it up already and they are CLOSED!! Why would they give my order to someone else?? No Apology, No Refund nothing but attitude! Horrible customer service. I won’t ever go back to this lil Caesars again.

4-30-23 no one will answer the phone to take my custom order I have called 5 times and have waited over 20 mins all together for no one to pick up. I am attempting to purchase over $100 of pizza but may have to take my business elsewhere,what a shame!!!

Currently standing in line to get my refund. I was supposed to get my order 30min ago. The counter guy said it hasn’t even gone in the oven. I was ready to cancel my order as soon as I walked in. This place is filthy! And I plan on calling the health department. In the 45min I spent waiting, nobody washes their hands despite handling cash/cards/food, etc.

3rd time I’ve tried to eat here. Hot and Ready always empty. Cashier clearly could care less that I’m disappointed. I don’t remember this chain being like this when I ate it growing up. Super disappointed. I finally got a cheese pizza that was burnt. Crazy bread was made fresh bc they didn’t have any hot n ready. It was good but make sure and order sauce as it does not come with the crazy bread or cheese sticks (I saw someone else have to come in and order after they had paid and walked out). Anyway, won’t be back to this establishment.

I came here on a Friday night at 9:22pm and was told they could only give me a pepperoni pizza because they turned the ovens off. Even though they close at 10. I caved and said that’s fine I’ll take a pepperoni and an order of Italian bread but he refused to make the bread because “they shut down”. So I’m wondering how they’re making pepperoni pizzas if they don’t have bread and cheese? Or if they just made a bunch and let them sit there until ordered? Either way, to shut down an hour before you close and refuse orders is the laziest thing I’ve ever heard and the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. I’ll never go here again. I could only imagine the quality of the cold pizza that had been sitting I would have received had I not driven off.

For an inexpensive meal, Little Caesars is a terrific choice. Pizza’s are tasty with a fairly large amount of toppings. Drive thru customer service was super attentive and friendly.

This is the LAST time I’m going to this place. I’m pretty forgiving but the last 3-4 times I’ve been here, there has been a problem…20 minutes to get a “hot and ready” pizza from the drive through…and there was no line. Just now, tried to order (after sitting for for 12 minutes WAITING to order) and was told the credit card readers were down and they were only taking cash. This is the second time THIS has happened. I’m over it. Horrible staff (which means bad management as well) and always some kind of issue. Go to Thornton’s across the street and get a gas station pizza(*sic*)…you’d be better off.

This place is totally scamming people. They want to charge $10 for a deep dish but they’re menu says it’s $8. That is considered false advertising. I would advise not wasting your money at this location
