I took my family of 5 for dinner. We were the only ones there. Service was a bit slow but wasn’t in a rush so wasn’t a big deal. There is only one table in this establishment that is big enough to fit my whole family. This is where the problem came in. I asked if someone could come wipe the table down and I was told the rags are over there. So I proceeded to wipe the table/seats down just we would have somewhere to enjoy our meal. I do t know that it would have mattered where we sat, every table looked pretty filthy.

Fries were burnt to a crispy. The insides were hollow. Too much condiments on the burger. Chicken nuggets taste stale and hard. I love Burger King. I guess I just gotta travel out of town to get it. Really really blows.

Food safety was not being practiced in the kitchen. Saw someone working on the line touching their hair and hat with the same gloves that touched multiple orders without being changed. Staff was not knowledgeable, understanding, or helpful. We ordered a large meal and a second large fry on the side. When we got home we realized that our second large fry was missing. Normally I would just move on but this is not the first time i’ve experienced this at their location. I called hoping to get an understanding/kind response. However the worker acted annoyed as if I was inconveniencing him. Instead of trying to offer a solution I heard radio silence. (which I can only assume was an immature, moody attempt to frustrate me off the phone) We drove back and were reluctantly and slowly issued a refund. Nobody said sorry and nobody acknowledged the problem. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would rate this place. I will not be returning.

I ordered a crispy spicy chicken sandwich. It was anything but crispy and it was very rubbery like I was chewing on a flip flop. Therefore, I could not eat it and was very unsatisfied. I paid over $10 for straight trash!

Was hoping for something better up here. Got a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and french toast sticks. I did a mobile order and drove down to pick it up. The store presentation was not good, the back door open with clutter visible, the menu falling apart and missing menu panels, and clutter in the kitchen that can be seen through the back windows and the old first window. This tells me the store management is in bad shape when they can even bother to keep things tidy, the clutter invites pests to make their home here.

Today is June 17th. It is 6:55 PM… The man at the drive through was a total d******* to my wife. Very rude, very unprofessional. Got cocky with her. Whoever the gentleman was should be fired. It was the worst customer service we ever had. I’m not 12 complain but this was ridiculous. We actually canceled our order since He continued to harass us through the drive Thru.

Not sure why you didn’t close this restaurant when you closed the south one. Food always cold, fries colder than my drinking. Came in at noon today how you can’t have hot food and fries. Got the fish sandwich it wasn’t even warm. Asked them to drop a fresh one. They said they would and got it home and it was same soggy fish. They even made sure I waited “while they made fresh one”. It’s not a surprise that your company is failing. I had to leave a star too bad this doesn’t have negative star!!!

I’m into burger King, but service tends to be slow and the food tends to be a bit colder than expected. It seems like a skeleton crew mans it often in my experience. They clearly are doing their best, but it takes some time to get your food.

Ordered food to be delivered and when we got it, there was a missing item. The food we did get was dry, and either was over cooked or sat too long. This location is a hit or miss and lately it has been a lot of misses. Don’t know if it is because the employees are underpaid/overworked, but this BK is one of the worse I have ordered from
