I placed a mobile order to pickup. Arrived at 7:29pm. 5 cars in front of me. Ordered at 7:32pm. Got my food at 7:43pm. I usually go to a different location but since my last experience was so bad, I decided to try this location. I read the reviews from the last couple of months and noticed that most of the reviews are complaints of getting the wrong food or missing items. I also read some reviews that talk about mean/rude employees, so I video taped my experience just in case anything important happened. The car in front of me was handed a bag immediately as he drove up, he checked his bag and handed it back to the employee then we sat in the line for 7 minutes until this customer got his correct order. Meanwhile the app tracker goes from “being made” to “ready.” I intentionally checked my bag to make sure all of my items were in the bag. I didn’t realize that I should open each item to make sure it wasn’t old.

They’re pretty fast and respectful. I had 4 doordash orders I needed to deliver from this Taco Bell in a row and all of them were instantly finished by the time I went to the last window. They’re doing very good compared to many miserable fast food chains in other parts of the urban washington areas.

Every time I’ve been to this taco bell within the last few years something is wrong. Tonight was no different. I typically go to the 180th location since they tend to make things correctly but accidentally ordered from this location on the app. They served me a meat item instead of a black bean item despite ordering a black bean item (not customized, it’s a menu item). Crunchy tacos were old and soggy. Just frustrating that’s its so frequent and specifically this location.

My favorite Taco Bell Location, not stingy with the fixings and the Manager Jason has been the more then a decade. He is very professional and accommodating. Although some items have been forgotten in the drive thru which is understandable with all the hustle and busel during rushes, Jason has no problem meeting your needs in this type of situation. Thank you for bringing back the Mexican Pizza, Encharito, and Valcano Sauce!!!❤️

This is a clean and efficient Taco Bell restaurant. The parking lot is small and not suited for slow people. The cars on 132nd are sometimes crossing a couple lanes of traffic and coming in hot. Taco Bell as a chain went from providing a cinnamon dessert to a bag of chips to nothing with your meal deal. Why did they lessen our value? It certainly hasn’t gotten any cheaper. Inflation must be hitting them pretty hard. I might have suggested to not invest in the self service touch screen ordering centers and copy McDonald’s. That technology will be outdated before anybody starts to use it. If we want to order on a screen, we will use our own phones. Thanks anyhow.

I ordered a cravings box and everything except my soda was wrong. There was no meat on my crunchwrap. The beefy five layer was So gross I couldn’t finish it. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were Old and overcooked. Taco bell Is not great drive through food As is. It’s cheap and filling but this was disgusting. After the customer service I received I won’t be back to this location.

The cashiers at Taco Bell have always been super nice and feel like people! Foods not the best but its a fast food place good for midnight munchies. Definitely a nice hang out space.
