I don’t make it over to Greenville as often as some others (Piqua is now the nearest store) but every time I do have a reason to go to Greenville (usually for the fair), I am sure to hit their Hardee’s. I am always confused by reviews on here of people having bad experiences at Hardee’s, because I keep having positive ones (outside of the rare times when certain stores have closed early because employees called off unexpectedly). It’s a major reason why I am so loyal to the brand and continue to eat at Hardee’s whenever I can.

Horrible experience. We went through the drive-through. We placed our order and were told to pull ahead. We waited almost 20 minutes. When the food arrived, it was cold, and there were items missing. I went inside, gave them back the food, and asked for our money back. They said it was against their policy to give refunds. So, rather than causing a scene, I just left the food and left. My wife was livid, and I had to listen to her the rest of the day. Anyway, we will never go back.

We had to pull forward to wait on our order as did the person in line ahead of us. We were the second car in line. We only ordered one meal and an apple turnover. We waited 20+ minutes. Someone who pulled up behind us got their food before we did. I think they forgot about us. An employee brought the manager out to ask what our order was and explain our food would be right out. They were nice, but we waited too long on our food. A fast food joint should not take more then 20 minutes for us to get one meal. Especially when there is a total of only like 3-4 cars in line including us. They did not offer to comp our meal or a coupon or anything.

Spent right at 10 minutes in the line before getting to the window, waited another 3 minutes AT the window, only to get COLD food. I asked for fresh fries at least. They parked me and I waited another 3 minutes. NOT ONE napkin given with my order. Absolutely so sad, as I love Hardee’s and was so excited this had come to Greenville. Based on the reviews of the past… this is common with them.

Pretty good. Not as hot as I’d like it. Gave me incorrect sauce … which was at the bottom of the bag, and kinda ruin my chicken strips which were pretty good by them selves , just like ‘‘em with the sauce I wanted. Burger patty was warm all else was cold … which I guess is good for the lettuce but I ve had it hot and tastes much better. It’s been pretty consistent at all the Hardee’s I’ve visited though

Dustin and the 2 other guys spent more time texting. Instead of taking my order and getting it out to me. The cashier even answered his phone while waiting on customers. No ice in either machine ,onion rings cold. I’m guess you will be out of business in the next year. Your service ,well it doesn’t exist. Someone needs to wake up.

Food was fine (it’s a Hardee’s). My problem is with the owners placing gun free zone stickers on the windows trying to prevent their customers from exercising their right to self defense. You would need to be an absolute fool to think a sticker will prevent your restaurant from being robbed at gunpoint… The only thing you accomplished is making your customers feel unwelcome and threatened.

What kind of ham and cheese is the. I know I tasted it nasty so was the chicken club fries always cold I ask for fresh fries nope I took all my food back for a remake the chicken breast was fatty you see the cheep ham This is my 4th time in there and it’s always the same you never get what you ask for. Owner manger stop saying you are sorry fix the problems.
