There should be 0 in the score, today I went to this place looking for a cold coffee! And the only thing I received was a bad time with their two employees, I placed my order and sat down to wait, after 5 minutes they ask me what to order?? And I had to tell them again, but apparently the guys who attend this branch don’t want to work, it took 20 minutes or more for them to deliver the coffees I ordered, and when they delivered they didn’t correspond to my order, after waiting so long I told him that when I want to prepare a coffee that is only milk I do it at home!!! They started laughing and having fun in my face, and I asked for the manager, to which the guy mockingly said he was at home!!! During my long wait with no one to attend to my order, they laughed and had fun and even one of the employees came out to drink a juice, a lousy, unpleasant and uncomfortable service. I just wanted a frozen coffee and I received everything except that!!! I definitely do not recommend or return to this place, …… no wonder the branch was without customers and its parking lot was empty!!!! But it was a bad, bad time!

Coffee is more consistently good than the palm bay rd location. Service is alright. I can make them laugh. Alright!! But the donuts have gotten better but still not as on point as they should be. Get the coffee. Risk taker …get the donut too. Ha ha

My daughter went to this Dunkin donuts this morning and ordered 3 ice coffees one being decaf no cream or sugar. She came home and I have a habit of looking to make sure they get the decaf correct due to my husband being a diabetic. Low behold they got the whole order wrong and charged her 4 coffees when she only ordered 3. She went back up there walk in at first they didn’t want to help. She told the worker order is completely wrong and they over charged her. The work stated well if he drank the decaf coffee he would be in the hospital and at that time the manager walks in back knowing he heard everything. So my niece said aloud go get the manager. He was quite nasty and rude as the workers. The way I see it if you do not like you job or not willing to fix the mistakes don’t work there.

Normally they are pretty good with service. Today I went in and the doughnuts they gave me were all turn led upside down in the bag and all the icing came off. Kids were disappointed, ordered 2 coffees and they were so bland in flavor it’s like they didn’t mix anything I asked into the coffee. Drive thru window lady was very rude, the whole crew today was bad!

I would give this location negative 5 stars if I could. Went there once, service and food/coffee was horrible. Considered that visit maybe a fluke and tried again there this morning. Service was horrible, coffee was bitter and undrinkable, and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant was burnt.

Dirty! RUDE staff. I get it, you work in service and people are not nice, but the next guest should NOT have to deal with your fury and anger. Absolutely ridiculous. And the outside needs a cleaning.
