I’m actually shocked by the rating and reviews here. This was by far the cleanest and friendliest Moes I’ve ever been too. They loaded me up with food and the salsa bar was full. Rice was cooked great and chicken was clean. I was actually so impressed that I left them a tip and I’ve never done that at a Moes! 100% recommend!

Absolutely a waste of the $50 for four meals I’ve ever spent. One of which was a kid’s meal with steak that was so old that it was jerky. Got nachos with beef and it was absolutely disgusting looking, the queso was chunky because it was sitting so long. I had reservations about going to this location anyway because since it to opened I went once and it was horrible. Thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt and go again and it’s not even worth it. Usually the staff is a redeeming quality but the gentleman working the counter seemed very mad to be employed. The young lady helping was sweet though. If I could give a zero stars I would. Do not waste your money and go to this place. Should have been a tip off that at 6:00 pm the parking lot was empty and there was nobody inside. Pretty sure all of the food has been sitting for hours. Also, the chips were nothing but greasy. The tables were dirty. Didn’t even get “Welcome to Moes!”

Really disappointed. Moe’s is usually our go-to for a decent lunch, but it has progressively gotten worse at this location, even though its a newer location and even got a re-vamp recently. No more welcoming “Welcome to Moe’s”…. The one-armed gentleman working was nice and cordial, but the food was stale and had been re-served from days prior. Had to go back inside and request fresh chips. What was served was like cardboard. We will not be doing Moe’s again and spend our hard earned $$ at a better competitor (Tijuana) when craving spanish food… #smdh

The food stays the inside is fine, but it tastes a little bit too processed., I recommend this place because the chips are always tasty. There’s no complaints about the taste of the food or the quality. It’s just my subtle opinion that the food tastes too processed. Not that it takes away from the experience at all.

Never eat here. They are stealing people’s money from gift cards and not giving the product or service for it. Example. If you have a giftcard emailed to you without the scanner they will not enter their giftcard number nor honor the confusion they created. No one will help you. The lady that was supposed to help me lied and said she could type of the giftcard number in then when we got to check out said she couldn’t. She didn’t care nor her manager she spoke with rather I had the burrito or not. Just took the food back and gave me a evil look.

The ladies working today was not welcoming, and made me feel uncomfortable trying to redeem my birthday reward. Do not assume someone just downloaded the app so they wont get their reward. The whole entire transaction was very uncomfortable. I just wanted to leave.
