My wife and I went here with our kids after visiting the zoo. Not really the best place to take young kids but we gave it a shot and they were accommodating of us (it was our first time trying hotpot) and our kids. The server did her best to answer all of our 4yo’s questions and was patient with us and our kids.

Such a fun experience! We had never tried a hot pot before but loved the options and seeing the butter bear melt. I had the spicy option, which was definitely one of the spicier meals I’ve ever eaten. We also had the Garlic Shrimp prepared meal and a Sesame Chicken prepared dish. We also tried the crab ragoons, egg rolls, fried dumplings, and egg drop soup. The portions were huge and we definitely had a lot left over.

Royal pot’s hot pot is really delicious! There’s a lot soup base to choose, If you can’t have spicy food, then I recommend chicken soup with pork belly. It’s really delicious. Also, dipping source bar is very comprehensive, you can DIY a variety of flavors of dipping. I’m a hotpot person, and royal pot satisfies my taste buds.
