I order takeout from this location often and I have no complaints. They typically prepare my salad early and they have always made the order correctly. Overall it has been a pretty good place to stop by for lunch or after work for a healthy meal.

I love sweetgreen salads but the wait times here are terrible. Lunchtimes on weekdays there’s a huge line. I ordered online, my pickup time was 12:20 and my order wasn’t ready until 12:40. The staff are working very hard but they are clearly short staffed and need to hire more people.

On 6/26/23 at approx. 3:20PM I visited the store, ordered a Guacamole Greens. The server began to prepare my salad when she approached the chicken station there were pieces of chicken outside of the chicken container, she paused my order, jokingly began to ask each of her colleagues who had made the mess of chicken, after no one took ownership for the mess, another server who was working at another section of the salad bar, approached the chicken station, said “this is what you do” and proceeded to pick up the chicken that had spilled out of station’s container, back in to the container for the server who was preparing my salad to use. When I protested, saying “Oh no, why would you do that” she replied, yup that’s what we do. This kind of behavior is unhygienic, poses food safety concerns as this server cross contaminated food served to customers, and is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This store lost a customer!

Just came across this restaurant while walking along the street. We found the salad looking tasty and true enough, the taste was really fresh, crispy to bite with all organic Garnishing, which enhances the appearance while also complementing the overall taste.! I loved their organic salad!

I loved my salad went on a weekend it’s a busy place because it’s good, I love the fact that it’s a warm salad comparing it to chopt it’s not the same the dressings are way better, and the fact that you can have this any time of the year and feel like its comfort food is the best feeling. Will definitely come here again.

I walked in before the lunch crowd, service was super fast (but they have a pick up option that seems very quick). The salads have a lot of thought put into them; preset salads have a wonderful balance of flavors. There’s enough seating for about 25 people upstairs but the music is a little too loud for nice conversation. It’s a bit expensive (~$13) for salad but they do give you a large bowl. Overall a good healthy and yummy option. If you like eating healthy but are sad with the options in NYC definitely try these salads.
