As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I will never go here again the staff was extremely Unprofessional I will be giving Corporate a call. I was trying to order my food and i was cut off while I was talking. I get to the window to finish my order and was told to drive around the other side to wait for my order. They were so rude Please have a talk with the staff about being professional at all times. This is how the company loose money and good customers.

The staff at this Checkers {on Great Mills Rd.} are FANTASTIC!! They’re sweet, patient, kind.. & of course they do a great job! Me & my daughter leave w/ smiles on our faces every time we pull out of that driveway because the women there make it so you can’t help but feel good! Good job guys!!

Worst experience. Pulled in through the drive thru and asked if they still have the triple cheeseburger. I was told to stop, read the menu, and then let her know when I find what I want. I tried again to say I knew what I wanted, but didn’t see it on the menu but have been asked before I wanted it “tripled”. I was again told to read the menu. I repeated it wasn’t there and she told me there are three different triple cheese and that I needed to to know which I wanted. I stated just a regular plain one. She then says they don’t have that and I could order something else. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I stated I’d just go through the drive thru and leave and was told to just back out instead…

Worst checkers I’ve ever been to. My 11 year old son was trying to order his own meal and was admittedly a bit nervous, and the lady taking our order was very rude to him. Also, it took a long time for someone to even come to the window. I was about to leave when she opened it up, and there was no greeting or anything. She just looked at us and then said “what do you want”. I can’t speak for all the employees, but there a few that are not very professional or courteous at all. Not to mention the food never tastes fresh and the prices are outrageous. Very unhappy with this location and will bring my business elsewhere.

Love how they allow you to watch them prepare your food. Also they are clean about it as well. They wear the hair nets along with the gloves. Last time I was there the floor was actually clean from what I could see. They are also very pleasant people to talk with. So along with the perfect tasting food, the people that works there keep me and my family coming back. Stay as you are Checkers in Lexington Park and you will go places.
