Chicken was juicy and fresh. Taste was perfect. The best green sauce I’ve ever had and the yuca was soft but crispy. The garbazo beans are wonderful too. One of my favorite polla a la brasa places.

I was hesitant on this place w/ a 4.0 rating. What they do great is the seasoning and have an excellent jalapeño green sauce. I ordered the 1/2 chicken w/ double chicken fried rice for $16.00. Considering rising food costs, this is more than fair for the portion and taste. The lady working today was helpful explaining the options, smiled, overall excellent customer service. Only criticism is the friend rice was lukewarm vs hot. Highly recommend A+

To start: I am peruvian myself and I live in Sterling,VA. This is the only chicken place I drive 1hr and 20 min for, even though there are a few chicken places that are literally 5 min away that I do not go to. Capital Chicken is my favorite place to go for Peruvian Chicken!! Customer Service is excellent as always, staff is really friendly! Timing on food is quick, which is awesome. Their chicken is so juicy and never dry! I used to dine in now I enjoy the food in my car. However, whenever I go I always have to bring my parents some food as you can see in the picture of my review. By the time I get home the chicken is warm and it’s sides. I do put my yuca in my air fryer to toast again since I’m coming from far… and my god Capital Chicken you are beyond best on your flavor of chicken and sides!! Their yuca is great, other restaurants I’ve noticed reuse their oil on their yuca but not capital chicken, always taste fresh! Their sauces are yum + I did try Alfajores this time and it was dah bomb.com.

One of the best tasting chickens in the area. Been eating here for years.I am always on the hunt for the best in the area, and this is def. On top of my list. While eating in, we met one of the owners. A true restaurateur. We spoke of his vision to be the best. He genuinely is passionate and caring of his business and customers.
