Horrible experience! I waited for over 35mins for my order when it was suppose to take 15mins. When I finally got my order they added the extra cheese I paid for after the pizza was done. Wasn’t even melted. I wanted a refund, but was only allowed to get half of the price I paid for.

This Pizza Hut is the worst establishment I have ever been too. They have JR High kids running this place. I placed an order at 9 pm ( 2 large pizzas ) and at 10:00pm and I have not seen my Food come out yet. I can’t leave since I already paid for it. Poor management! I recommend finding another Pizza Hut an hour away from this one in Weslaco on Texas avenue.

Only 5 customers including myself in the restaurant. Ordered the New York. The tea was great, however the pizza had a funny smell and taste. It smelled like dirty soap water. I hope we don’t get sick.

Upon placing order, I recieved a message that my pick up curbside order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at pizza hut and dialed phone number for curbside, no one answered until after calling a few times. After waiting 32-35 minutes I got down to get my order. Pizza was hot which is perfect, but Supreme pizza had a very strange taste. Was disappointed!! Supreme is my favorite but not this time.
