7/08/23: We can came here actually just to get an appetizer but the server took a while to attend us. I had to give the hand sign gesture that we need attention. The food was good but the service was not up to my expectations. I also needed to call server for a refill on my ice tea drink. I wouldnt recommend this spot due to the poor service they serve. They were once rated best but I wonder when was this. Please Like, Follow and Like for more #JayTrueRatings

This restaurant is amazing. Their pho is flavorful and delicious! The shaking beef with rice is so good! Beef is tender and just right. When you pair the beef with their onions tomatoes and fish sauce….oh my! Vermicelli noodle with char grilled pork and shrimp and egg rolls! The char grilled meat and shrimp just hits right with the fish sauce and piled green onions! These 3 dishes is great and you must try! The owner Tammy is hands down the nicest owner I’ve met. Come support her business and enjoy the food because it’s worth it. They also do curbside via online order for the convenience.

We had a very good food in V Bistro. As it says on the wall of the restaurant, “ nothing brings people together as it does by good food”, we found it real in this restaurant. My daughter left her Laika astronaut dog (doll), they came quickly outside the door and gave back her doll. The price of the food was average compared to other asian restaurant. They were courteous and attentive to the customers.

I have been coming here since 2012. The food has gone down in flavor since. It used to be one of my favorite Vietnamese spots, but I don’t think they hold up well with the competition now. I will say that the food comes out fast so if you’re looking for a quick bite, thats your spot.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this place has been disappointing me time after time. I really wanted to have hope im just catching them on a bad day but it seems this is their standard and its truly a shame to call this Pho. I ordered the spicy beef pho to-go once before this and the quality was the same. Poor. The pho has very little flavor but the noodles are the worst part of the entire dish. How is it that I can soak my noodles in hot broth for 10 mins and they are so clumped and stuck together I have to tear into the ball of noodles to break them apart and they have shred into tiny pieces. This is a clear sign of over cooking and is one of the easiest mistakes to avoid. No other Pho restaurants in the entire humble area has this issue but Vbistro. If the noodles lose their shape then the entire dish is ruined. Not to mention if you pay for extra they don’t give you extra at all. I’ve been ripped off and dissatisfied for the last time.
