We made sure to ask if the shakes were up and they had fries for my husband. It was after all 10am, and the drive-through was bumping. I ordered 3pc French toast and hashbrowns with oj. We were one less than a handful inside, so to watch the tray put together, it was not hard to know or was mine. I watched it with my toast sticks and hashbrowns under the heat light for 1-2 minutes. My husband’s fries were added, and still, it sat. When a fresh member of the crew clocked in and asked if I needed anything, did the manager come up asking if I needed any help. I pointed to the tray and said that’s my order, but I still need a chocolate shake and oj. So now I’m waiting with my tray with no beverages. To say the least, my food was not hot, and my husband’s shake was barely chocolate. There was also no water in the ladies’ sink. I used the sink in the men’s room. I’m not sorry about that. Having soap all over my hands. If I thought telling anyone would have done any good, I would have brought any of these to their attention without being a Karen. However, they get this review.

I ordered breakfast combo and I get home there’s 5 little hashbrowns thrown at the bottom of the bag.. the breakfast sandwich isn’t the correct one and it looks messy! Very upset

Team work made my Burger King experience here amazing!! I am a bit particular how i love my impossible whopper and between Yoshi, taking the order and relaying the information to Daniel and Jose to mix it all together…. They created the most perfect sandwich for my taste buds… mmmm

We go through the drive-thru and absolutely love the bacon king, which is a double patty with cheese and bacon. They will make it a single or triple too. Love the charbroil. Fries-delicious. They will customize your burger for you with no problem at all. The Whopper is always a good choice and squeezes in some vegetable options.

This was the worst experience. The impossible burger was missing the toppings. Fries were EXTREMELY cold and hard. Our Big king burger was also very cold. There wasn’t a wait to order. I feel like we got the leftovers. I know they knew how long those items had been sitting there but decided to hand them out anyway. Very disappointed.

Can’t get a receipt at drive thru, says their register has been out for months, this happened on previous visit as well. Aren’t they supposed to proved a receipt when asked? Also, they are out of lemonade, have been for awhile and now they’re out of powerade. This happened on previous visit as well. Ordered food for two people and we only got one napkin. Are they cutting corners?? If I could I would have gone to the BK over by Costco off Thornydale but they closed that one down recently. Is this one headed for closure as well?

Terrible customer service. I had to ask for my receipt because they do not give you one. I wanted to do the survey on the bad quality of service received there but when I looked at the receipt I could not see the numbers. The manager or one of the employees had her kids there as she worked delivering the orders to the all the cars that had to pull to the front to wait for their orders. The ice in the large drinks was pretty much gone before we made it home because they didn’t put much in them. I was asked if I wanted sauce and I said ketchup but guess what none was in the bag. Why ask then?

Burger King on River near La Cholla has staff of low life people who lie and steal. I will not eat anything from there because if they cheated and lied to my face and they certainly will have no problem doing sick things to the food.

I used the app to order my food. However, the kitchen rushed to make my hamburger. I checked the hamburger to make sure it was to my liking, and there were problems. When I did open the hamburger and I found it was not made to order, I immediately took the hamburger to the front counter and presented it to the people there. The cook immediately came from his station. Seeing what I was bringing up and asked me what happened. He immediately went back to the kitchen and made the Burger, and I’m telling you, the 2nd time was delicious. I really appreciated them taking the time to redo the hamburger to my order.
