The wings (which came from “Wing Stop”, whatever that is worth, were delicious! Plump, good size and the sauce was just hot enough to let you know you were eating a Buffalo Wing. Very good! We also had the Cinnabon rolls which added a sweet treat afterward. All in All an “A” for the meal.

When utilizing the rewards program and doing a phone order, make sure that you use the phone number associated with your account. If not, you will NOT get rewards points. The store cannot put it under another number & can only use the number that you call from. I have proof of purchase but because I called from a number that was not the number on my account, the rewards Customer Service is refusing to give me my points. They also do not even accept a record from a bank. The proof MUST be the actual receipt and the receipt MUST have the number associated with the rewards account. This rewards program is garbage as is the customer service that is affiliated with it.

Read the reviews and order with caution. The new location and updated facade have not improved the level of service at this location. I placed an order online at 7:48, with an expectation of delivery between 45-60 minutes based on the website’s timer. At 9:00, I called the store number because still no pizza. I ended up talking with a representative in Pittsburg, KS. She was not helpful. in fact, I’d say she did more damage to the situation. She claimed that it was a new store and they are “probably slow because they’re learning a new system.” Hearing that, I asked to cancel the order and to process a refund. She claimed that she couldn’t do that, that I had to wait for the order. Which, the pizza finally arrived at 9:36. It was cold and stale (see attached photo). The driver apologized and stated that “they have us understaffed.”

I ordered a deep pan pizza and received a hand tossed instead. Did not discover it til I got back home. Called the store afterward and was told that they were out of deep pan at the time and was told that someone should have called me and told me. No one did. I paid extra for a deep pan and did not get it. Was told a credit was put on my account to make up for it.
