I don’t live in Willoughby I travel here from time to time to work. Last night looking for dinner and came across Big Cheese Pizza. Locally owned and probably some of the best pizza and wings I have eaten. They also have lots of other foods on their menu. In my opinion you can’t go wrong here. And the price was worth it.

Bland and the cheese stick and ravioli must have come from Costco. Also the delivery driver got the address wrong, and I checked it and it was correct. Chow now is horrible at delivery anyway. I salvaged the chicken wings with garlic and salt.

My fiancé had bought pizza for our daughters 5th birthday party on Sunday 11/14/21 and The next day my sister went to have some leftover pizza and she found hair long hair baked into the pizza , she said she had called up there and complained about the situation and she told me that they seemed rude and unprofessional about it . I understand we are in a time that’s VERY hard on all of us , but there should not have been hair baked into our pizza . That’s gross and that was fed to tons of people and children !!!!! Never buying from them again .

I bought pizza for my daughter’s graduation party. We had MANY compliments about the pizza. One person said “you know it is good pizza when it tastes great hot or cold”. Since the party was a couple of hours, we did eat it cold. It was very reasonably priced. I will need to try other menus items.
