I’ve always loved this place. Yesterday I called in an Italian sub to go. Got it home and opened it up. It was nothing but meat and bread. No seasoning, no lettuce, tomato, or cheese. Just meat. Normally I would have called and tried to get it right, but when I called it went to voicemail. I hate leaving bad reviews and being that guy, but I feel wronged. I understand things happen and it might of been a new person on the grill, and I’m willing to delete this if someone reaches out.

Ordered my food as a takeout order. First, they try to give me only half of my food. After I got home, we found that my mom’s sandwich, a veggie with no peppers (only modification), had nothing but mushrooms on it. Took it back. They remade the sandwich, again no peppers. Get back home and what does my mom bite into? Peppers! How do you screw up a veggie sandwich MULTIPLE TIMES??? I almost think it was done on purpose!

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich grilled and basic got a bread sandwich. I didn’t have any grilled vegetables on it. I had to go get some food from somewhere else. Penn Station cost to much for that treatment.

This is my second time ordering from this location thru Grubhub. This time not only was my fries stone cold (2nd time this has happened), the salad had no salad dressing! Very poor service. The only thing tasty are the sandwiches.
