Every single time I order from this place. There’s something that isn’t right about my order or left completely out of the order. I have had to go back several times to get the things that of them left out. One time I ordered sweet fire chicken and ended up with some kind of black pepper chicken instead. The food isn’t terrible, but how is my order Never right?

Very disappointing and a huge ($45) Waste of money & time. I made the mistake of dismissing the numerous poor reviews & low rating because we wanted Chinese for dinner tonight. Just look at the egg rolls. So unappetizing we didn’t even eat them. So we not only threw away $45 but also our dinner tonight. “Fried rice” was completely bland & disappointing. Lo mein noodles were very starchy. Broccoli was mostly huge, hard stems, tiny broccoli heads & beef was fatty & chewy. Teriyaki chicken was also very fatty. Chili peppers in General Tso were overwhelming but the only thing we enjoyed was the zucchini & peppers in that dish. Do not make the same mistake.

Was at the Midland Panda Express on Thursday 6/29 at approximately 620 pm. Aaron helped us with our order. He was so pleasant, helpful and on top of things. He told a customer to stay safe driving. A very nice, hard working young man. Too often these reviews are for poor service. I thought Aaron should be recognized as an asset to your establishment.

Aaron, Oscar, and Jaelynn (hopefully I spelt her name correctly!) were amazing. They were so warming and welcoming upon our arrival. The food was excellent as always. Mount pleasant’s location has chemical tasting chicken, and we always come to the one in midland when we are around because the food is better and so is the staff! Thank you for always giving incredible service with delicious food! 🙂

Good location, prices are a bit high but that’s everywhere. Food is delicious always and the drinks are huge. You order a small and it’s bigger than other resturaunts larges. I don’t eat fast food very often but when I do I definitely choose Panda. Unfortunately I’m not local to the area and come from Up North, so its rare I get to indulge in it! The only negative thing I have to say is that the parking lot is pretty difficult to navigate.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Panda Express, specifically with their online ordering system. I placed an order online, and to my surprise, it was marked as completed.
