This particular Dunkins was incredible . The service was great, it was very clean. And according to my wife, the Pumpkin Spice coffee was better than Starbucks!! And when I accidentally spilled my wife’s drink; they happily replaced it, for FREE!!

I would say that there are friendly but when I came inside to order they took about 25min to get my drinks…. Not all happy with it but I know they are doing the best to get their orders out. They also did not have our order in on their side.

I walked in and was totally ignored. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter a female employee finally came up to me said, I will be right with you. By the way the drive thru was empty. She then walked away. I waited another 10 minutes and there was a line of customer’s behind me. All of a sudden a car pulls up to the drive through followed by another car, and she takes there order and totally forgets the walk in customer. It’s the worst service ever.

My review is strictly for Ms. Lisa. I have been to this location a handful of times previously, each time having had a horrible experience where I was actually mistreated by awful and unkind employees, vowing to myself never to come back. Today I went back and I’m grateful that I did. Ms Lisa took my order at the speaker and was very kind. When I pulled up to the window, she was there hustling and working her tail off while simultaneously having positive conversation with other coworkers and overall exhibiting a bright and cheerful, hardworking attitude. Was I paying attention for these things? Absolutely, and more so than the average patron considering my previous experience. I knew immediately I had to get a moment to thank her and tell her why I appreciated her hard work and sunny disposition today. Dunkin Donuts needs to take note when people leave negative reviews because, in my experience, they ring true to some of what has been going on here. Not today, though. Today I am thankful Dunkin has Ms Lisa.

I got the avocado toast with Roasted tomatoes. Placed the order from ordering monitor in store.There was no one in the drive thru line or in store at that time. But I still had to wait 10mins before she acknowledged my existence in the store and then I asked her if it was ready. And then she kindly offered to make my order. Once I got my order, the bread was not toasted and the tomatoes were thrown on the side of the bread. Ive never had such a terrible experience at any dunkin so far 🙁

Placed an order here via mobile app just to get to the store and be told they don’t have any donuts left. When I asked why the app allow me to order, I was informed “app does not reflect store inventory” I asked “why app shows some available and some not” they said “they have no control over the app” I asked why you didn’t have the courtesy to call and say you are out of the items I ordered, they stated “app does not get customer phone” All other restaurants get this info and call customers as a courtesy, why can’t you? Same answer, blame the app, asked for a refund, they told me has to be done in the app, but no option there for refund. Contact customer service, they said they would refund me but never did after 3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Local donuts shops have better service than this place.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for some time now since I moved into the neighborhood last year. I’ve never had a problem with staff they always seemed sweet and helpful. But recently within the last few months not sure if they hired new people but they’re extremely rude and I’m a regular so I see the same girl through drive through who runs the order and she always has a mean nasty look and I haven’t came by in weeks just because of my last experience Hoping today would be different and nope it was still the same. The girl was annoyed that THEY got my order wrong but sadly won’t be coming back might have to relocate to Downey.
