This location has messed up multiple times. Now I order a spicy chicken sandwich they gave me three microwaved chicken tenders instead because they don’t want to cook and they’re still open for another hour and a half this place either needs to close or the whole staff needs to be fired

Went to drive thru, ordered 8 pc mixed spicy chicken meal with Cajun Rice for side. They had no rice, so asked for mashed & gravy. Waited behind one vehicle for over 15 minutes at the window. Only 1 girl working & 1 other leaning on the counter talking about getting robbed Sun. Finally got our food & hurried home. Got home to find 5 wings & 3 thighs over cooked & none of them spicy. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, there was only a couple drops of gravy on the potatoes & the bag was full of ketchup, hot sauce & grape jelly??? We tried to call but the phone never rang thru. The next morning we called Corporate & got a robot sounding voice who took my info & said they would get back to but haven’t yet. Not Happy!!!

One of the rudest customer experiences I have experienced in fast food. The young lady taking my order acted as if me ordering was the greatest inconvenience to her. This was before she continued to mess up my order and mischarge me for items that were not ordered.

I ordered a 3 piece combo with a breast and 2 thighs. I got a leg and two thighs. I told them that I didn’t ask for a leg, I asked for a breast. She told me that, that was what she put in her computer. Why would you charge me for something I didn’t ask for? She gave me a tiny breast that was hard with no meat. Okay, So this was a strange experience. There were very few customers at this Popeye’s and it took forever to get our food. The employees were panicking that they were short handed, yet I saw at least 3 employees. They were locking the front door and not letting customers in the dining room. They were wondering around the kitchen area and looked very confused about what they were supposed to be doing. There seemed to be no management or manager. I hate to speculate or pass judgement, but I think all the employees were possibly Soooo High and I’m not talking about weed high. It was quite a spectacle to watch. Everything from the ordering to getting the food was something special. The food was actually good but the service was almost hilarious to watch. Holy hell what a show. Remember kids…Just Say “No” to drugs. McGruff would not be proud of these Popeyes employees

I came here last night at 9:40, 20 minutes before closing and no one answered the speaker. I assumed it was because they didn’t want to cook any more food 20 minutes before closing, but i saw a review that said the speaker box never works. If that’s the case, a sign should be posted where visible to drive up to the window instead.

This place is terrible I’ve been here 4 times and not once was I able to order food. Straight bum quality work. They need a whole new staff. Every time I have went they ask me to wait one moment they’ll be right with me, 15 minutes later still no responses. So I drive to the window and they all want to act like they don’t see me and they’re all standing still. So I would like to know why they getting paid when they’re not working? Anyways you most definitely lost one on me and hopefully this gets read and they hire new staff or people just stop going there and wasting time.
