So. Delicious. Muna has outdone herself yet again. We were just here a couple days ago but we HAD to come back for the vegan breakfasts she started. Girl, this IS OUT OF BOUNDS. We got tacos and potatoes, hibiscus tea, and soup today. It’s hard to order just one thing when it’s this good. And Muna and Al are the sweetest. We adore these two and always know we will be well taken care of when we roll up to Lil Baghdad. If you’re looking for food and service to warm the soul, this is it.

Wow, to the food and the chef! Great dishes are made with love and care with the freshest ingredients. I’m so happy to have discovered this gem since there’s no place like it in the area. There are many options to choose from with daily specials. The food was so yummy we even decided to grab some dishes to enjoy for dinner. Gosh I was dying to try something new I’m so glad I ran into them. Their food is so amazing and oh my God the rose pomegranate drink is the best not only that their dessert is to die for it. It’s all made fresh! The best part is You can’t beat it 10/10 definitely going back for more real soon!

The food is so fresh and delicious full of flavor! We just moved to Cove and are just starting to explore the food options we have near by. This will be on the top of our regular places no doubt. The owner and her husband are very friendly! We highly recommend!! Located in the Taste of Cove food truck park. Definitely will be back soon!

Lil Baghdad @ the Taste of Cove Food Truck Park is so good. First time going and I will definitely be returning! We had the Falafel Wrap.. YUM! We got Shawarma Chicken plate… YUM! We tried the Curry Chicken as well as the home fries and Baklava. YUM! Orders are made fresh and you may have to wait, but it is worth it.

Lil Baghdad is exceptionally underrated. Both times that I have come here, I left with meals that were distinct from anything else that I have experienced in Copperas Cove in terms of quality and flavor. Chef Mina was hospitable towards everyone that I saw order (myself included), and brings both a menu and a culture far removed from anything else that I have seen out of the area.

The food was SO good!! I had the falafel shawarma, the hummus, mama ganush, and the baklava. My husband had the lamb gyro. We had the pickled veggies and they were delicious, they added a little spice. I absolutely LOVED the hummus it was so fresh with the olive oil and the black olive was amazing. Muna was great she even gave us some Rose había us and it was delicious. We will be going back, I’m excited to try the Saturday morning breakfast.

My partner & I are travelers living close to the area and passing through. I just visited and all I have to say is WOW! This is authentic middle eastern & Mediterranean. It’s my favorite cuisine ever. I love the woman cooking today! She was so kind and sweet to us. I believe her name is Muna. Well she cooks with soul let me tell ya! We got the falafel wrap and lamb wrap. With dolmas. Everything was delicious. The flavors are true to the culture. And I’m not surprised though because the food is prepared by someone from the middle eastern culture. Food is fresh light and healthy. and I’m completely satisfied too. Definitely try the rose and pomegranate water. I love rose water too and mixed with the pomegranate was wonderful. I highly recommend!! We’ll definitely come back again another time.
