I had stopped going to this firehouse because everytime i got a veggie sandwich i specifically said “no mushrooms” it was always on my receipt then i would get home and there were the mushrooms, so i wrote a review in reference to that always happening, but i removed it and thought its been some time let me go back because the veggie sandwiches at firehouse truly are delicious. I went back today on my lunch break after not going for a few months and when i opened my sandwiche there it was a really big mushroom. I know now they either don’t care or dont care, but i wouldn’t go back again.

i was recently employed at firehouse subs and was treated very fairly until an individual named barbie joined , very self centered and rude . i was fired for 4 grown women coming to my work and harrassing me , trying to fight me on my break , the group there was amazing when tiff and chloe were in charge. very disappointed to see what it’s becoming , mold all in the ice machine , roaches , they had no sympathy that i was simply protecting myself , i worked 6 days a week for 10 dollars a hour, terrible tips , no raises , i was even training someone who was making more then me , a team member training someone in a manager position , and getting paid 10 a hour , they did a favor by firing me , highly do not reccomend applying nor eating if BARBIE is there

The employees are fantastic, the food is delicious in the atmosphere is always friendly and helpful I go there all the time 07/05, I ordered 2 steamers fully involved with soda and chips. It was a take out order and I was very disappointed. This is the 3rd time that it has happened. I’m done, I’ll dine in the store.
