It feels like this place never recovered from covid. 3+ years later and there are still parts of the visible restaurant that are being used as storage areas. I’d never been to a Rocky Rococo’s but I thought there was supposed to be kids games and entertainment there? Nothing for my 2 year old. It was hard to tell but it may have been because there was a private party in the theater room? Pizza was pretty good, but other than that, the zombie apocalypse vibe kind of ruins it.

These folks make the best pizza. Fast and friendly service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Learned about the history of rocky and the owners. Always great pizza! Had a large made so I could put the leftovers in my cooler and enjoy for the next couple of days. Always a stop when I go through Wisconsin.

The pizza was fine but the whole place felt run down. The floors were dirty the arcade wasn’t open one of the soda machines wasn’t working. There were no lids for the cups and the TV’s weren’t on.

Arrived to pick up our order which a family member had placed and paid for over the phone. We were the only ones in line, and several people behind the counter looked at us but said nothing. Then another customer came up and asked if we were waiting to order. We said yes, and then a lady behind the counter proceeded to ask him what he needed instead of us. The other customer was kind enough to let us go first since we were there first. We told the woman that we were there to pick up the order and gave her the name the order was under. She said she did not have an order by that name. We called the person who had placed the order, and we showed the woman proof that this person was charged for the order at this location. She seemed like she did not care, but another worker came over and explained to the first woman that an order that’s called in and paid for is located elsewhere. The first woman looked at me and said “how was I supposed to know that,” and seemed to imply that it was somehow my and my fiancé’s fault she couldn’t locate the order. When the other woman gave us our two pizzas, my fiancé kindly reminded her we also ordered breadsticks, to which she replied, “I know. I can read the receipt.” And then she continued to mumble about it after. She accidentally put an extra breadstick in the bag, and then made a big show about removing it. She then proceeded to rudely rush us out, with no apologies or attempts to make up for the poor service. Will not be returning to this location.

Just moved back to WI and gave Rocky Rococo’s a try after not having it for almost six years. The pizza is still yummy and the service at this location was terrific–the guy who took our order was welcoming and engaging and made us glad we chose to have lunch there. There are many different meal options and combos. This location has a salad bar and a pretty roomy dining area.

The food is always good but the service leaves a lot to be desired! I probably won’t patronize this location again Because the service is consistently below what it should be. This was not a one time issue. It’s been this way over the last several years. They need to do better!
