We ordered online and picked up curbside. We did have an issue as they forgot to give us the Onion Rings and Mozzarella sticks. They offered to remake or refund immediately upon a call. The food was awesome. We tried nine different flavors, as I inadvertently ordered a duplicate. Great flavor on all. Looking forward to going again.

For the amount of time you wait for everything here, I expected the food to be a lot better than it was. Service was ridiculously slow. Had to get up many times ourselves to get things. After the very long wait for food, it finally came. Food came out lukewarm at best. Really was not impressed at all. The taste of the seasonings were good. The wings have way too much breading on them, and not enough chicken. The place was pretty much empty as far as customers go. People aren’t kidding when they say that they were here for 2 1/2 hours, and its not because they are enjoying it or anything like that. I tried to eat here before covid and we ended up leaving because the wait was ridiculous. There are so many better options around. In all, I would just avoid this dump all together.

ECW has good food, but awful service. It is close to where I live and my family and I go probably once a month. Service has been an issue in the past with having to wait extremely long on wait staff but usually we are fairly patient. Today however, we got seated and waited for 15 minutes and still no one had taken a drink order. We proceeded to get up and leave without a single worker noticing. This will not be the last time we go as we enjoy the food fairly good but this was really aggravating this time. Something needs to be done as far as communication between the hosts and wait staff because there is clearly a missing link. Hoping this gets resolved due to the amount of issues we have had with poor service.

Finally ate on “the other side” after eating bar side for several years. The food was great as always. Fresh and out in timely order, service was very good. Friendly, smiling waitress and she kept our drinks full. Thanks for once again a great dinning experience.

First time visitors and last time all at once. Sadly, we are all aware that the employee shortage and supply chain has affected even the best places. However… I do feel these problems run deeper here. The Kingsport location should close and do a FULL cleaning from top to bottom. Sticky everywhere, sauce on walls and seats and we sat near the kitchen that smelled rancid. The server was absolutely NO help suggesting things and seemed completely put out to be there. We decided to give it a shot even through that because we’d heard the wings were good. Ordered the feta dip and it came out runny and only had about 10 small pieces of pita to dip. Don’t ask for more because they won’t bring it. We ordered 2 orders of 10 wings each. I was very nicely surprised by the quality and size of the meat. The rest I could have definitely done without. Both of our “sauces” were incorrect yet we tried to just deal w it because of short staffing. Mine were so greasy that it was unappetizing. The sauces were under the wings and not all over either order. No celery or carrots or anything else. So strange. Anyway, we have decided to just stick with other places despite the highest hopes for this location. I do truly hope they close a bit and do a full on deep cleaning!!

We enjoy getting wings on the weekends and either dining in or bringing home to chill out and watch tv and have with some beer. After a horrible experience recently with another wing restaurant in town, we tried this place. The service was great and the order was accurate. Vegetables were fresh and they are not stingy with dips. It was a pleasant experience and I am glad we tried it. We will be back for sure.
