Ordered through the Drive thru a 1 double cheeseburger with only ketchup, medium fry with a BBQ sauce and an orange drink. Got back to the office and I had 2 double cheeseburgers without ketchup, no fries or sauce. The drink was correct. The receipt was correct? A co-worker went back to get the correct order and he returned with 2 cheeseburgers that stated they only had ketchup, but were loaded down with onions. Not only was it loaded down with onions, there were onions in between the patties. That was done intentionally! So after two trips to get lunch, I have no lunch, no time for lunch and no want to go back to that McDonald’s. Please pay attention to what people are ordering, I don’t choose to not eat certain things, my heartburn dictates what I can eat.

Both drive thru lines were full halfway around the building, not unexpected on a Saturday morning at 9:30am. After I places my order it took me another 6 minutes to get to the pay window and then when I pulled to the pick up window, she told me to pull ahead and park. I couldn’t believe I was in line for almost 7 minutes and STILL had to be parked, for just 1 sandwich and hash brown. When I was parked behind 1 car waiting, I watched the next 6 cars get pulled to the side without any food. After another 4 minutes they brought out 1 order to the car in front of me, nothing else to the other 8 of us now. 2 minutes a kid comes out with 3 bags, give me one and walks away. Doubting their competence I checked my bag and sure enough, it wasn’t mine. I blew my horn and he came back and got it so at least 1 more person wouldn’t have to wait. I repeated my order of JUST 1 SANDWICH AND A HASH BROWN and finally after 2 more minutes my cold food was brought to me. I could have gone in to Riverside and got better food for about the same price and probably quicker. This locations service has been getting terrible in the recent couple years but this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I don’t go there very often because their priced have skyrocketed but I honestly can’t remember the last time I went there and actually received my order without being parked, even in the middle of the week in the even.

McDonald’s is very popular and with popularity comes rumors. Specifically about how unclean the restaurant is and how bad some of the food is but I’ve been going there once a week constantly and every time the restaurant looked great and the food was delicious and made very fast. I’ve always liked McDonald’s and their fries are literally the best fries in fast food history

The young man at the counter had no clue what his responsibilities consisted of either due to improper training or that he never had any type of responsibility. At any rate, we only irdered a medium soft drink and a large lemonade. He gave my husband his cup, then waited on another customer. After that we went to wipe tables. after about 10 minutes of still no lemonade, a lady is the back called out for one, then called the young man back and told him he is supposed to be helping take care of his customers. A girl got me my drink, I walked over and got a straw and napkin, and then the boy sat another lemonade on the counter. Ended up getting 2 for the price of one, but I would have preferred to just have good service.
