As someone with a management food handlers permit I cannot recommend this place. There were people blowing their nose then going straight to handling food. Also those same people are reaching into the ice bins with no gloves and just scooping out ice. To work in fast food you have to have a food handlers permit and this is gone over in every class. Bacteria bacteria bacteria… 0 stars IMO.

Haven’t been to Carl Jr in a while, got their famous star burger. Didn’t take long to get but I found out why. The meat tasted like it has been sitting out for a while and had this slight chemical taste. Wouldn’t recommend going back. Service was okay, cashier definitely looked blitzed out their mind. Maybe I’ll try a different location for next time.

Saw nobody sitting at the drive through, so I decided to make a quick stop. Saw a “Super Sausage Biscuit” on the menu, so I ordered one. The lady on the speaker asked me what that was. I said “I dunno, it is on the menu”… and she told me they didn’t have it I almost left, and should have. She informed me “I found it, what else do you want?” I added hash browns and pulled around. I paid 10 minutes later, then after an additional 3 minutes, I saw they had made the wrong sandwich as they were asking me to pull forward and wait longer. Had no choice but get a refund. I’ve watched this store deteriorate over the last decade, and this was officially my last visit. This is unfortunately par for the course everywhere in Sand Springs.
