The taste was horrible, I paid for a pizza. I did not receive. I ordered the pretzel pepperoni. I received the classic pepperoni with salt. My thin crust pepperoni had burnt stuff on. The classic pepperoni that was supposed to be my pretzel pepperoni. Was not cooked fully.

Ordered online 50 minutes ahead of time. I get there at my scheduled time and wait another 15 minutes for my food. Got my meal, noticed I’m missing my dipping sauces. Bread sticks are hard. Deep dish has almost NO SAUCE! (See picture) I couldn’t believe how bad this experience was.

Ordered online. They let me know it was getting packaged up. However, i was not told when it was ready for pick up. There was nothing on the app or email. So after waiting over an hour, I went in to see what was going on. Come to find out, it was ready and waiting. According to the store associate, no one bothered to finish the order in the system. I also didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Truly, and verily one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever worked. I didn’t last. Were you aware that LC uses just three spoons for every topping available, all day long? This means meat juice gets in with the veggies, and cross contaminates everything. No wish for a vegetarian pizza may dwell in this house.

Wish there were some way of giving a zero star review this place would get onepizza for my grandkids for lunch picked it up at 11:20 am. I was asked if I needed a receipt $6.00 pizza didn’t think it necessary. Got home kid’s standing there with there plate opened the box never seen anything like that. I live about a mile away from them. This thing was so hard and dry could not break the crust. This pizza must have been left in warmer overnight. If the warmer was not cleared out we’re the dish’s washed?It is impossible for anything to dry out that much in 20 minutes this location opens at 11:00 Took back there by 11:45 ask to see a manager the girl at the register said it was her voiced my concerns she told me she would refund my money and replace the pizza. She said she didn’t remember selling me anything? Guess she forgot in the 1/2 hour I was gone. Took another 15 minutes to try to figure out how to do a refund never did figure it out just got frustrated gave me cash then I ask if she was going to replace the pizza she said very nasty no because of my attitude. I have talked to there customer service 3 times all three times very nice people but was told all three times a district manager would be in contact still no one has contacted me. This happened on 6/16/23. I’ve waited this long to do this review to be fair to them but they don’t seem that concerned so please don’t eat here because like I said if the time is not taken to empty pizza warmer can’t trust anything is cleaned

Ordered online they gave me a time to pick up my pizza I arrived on time and I had to wait another 40 minutes before my pizza was done. I understand and they can get busy but give me a realistic time to pick up my pizza and I’d be fine. Also ordered a pretzel crust pizza and they put the salt all over the pizza instead of the crust and it was terrible.

WORST PIZZA EVER! It was burnt, cold, dry. The cheese was so burnt that I thought it was shredded ham. The bread stick were flavorless. Sadly this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with them. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
