I ordered a gyro combo. When I got home I had a regular roast beef and no sauce. The curly fries were mostly small hard pieces. At least the strawberry lemonade was good.

My family and I rarely get to have Arby’s because it’s quite a drive from where we live. I always get the same thing, and I don’t mind for paying extra money for what I order. The bread was stale and there was barely any cheddar cheese on the sandwiches. I got the half pound sandwich and it’s the same size as a regular beef and cheddar. The curly fries were just gross and went straight into the trash. You pay 50.00 and you should expect the food is worth it and it wasn’t. Very disappointed!

Once again (why I keep going back, I dont know), order was wrong. To far away to turn around and waste time and gas on order. Considered just eating order but was falling apart and with condiments I couldnt eat. Only thing right was the type of drink, though the size was wrong.

A couple of my friends and I went to grab some food at Arby’s this evening. We were met with heartwarming and kind staff, Jean and Lisa, who took our orders. Our food was quickly served. My friend ordered a soda and they even offered to give it on the house, and I truly recommend this restaurant. Superior customer service!

Floors were greasy, always a sign of bad cleaning procedures and sanitation. They were out of many things, not a worry though, we ordered other items. The red headed manager was overly aggressive with her employees as well as the way she spoke with customers. Cheesesticks were awesome. Mac and cheese was cold and clumpy. Roast beef was okay but just lukewarm. We love Arby’s couldn’t wait to have some since the one in our neighborhood has closed, we don’t get it very often. For being as new as it was, this location seemed run down and not well maintained. I fear these kind of problems are what are plaguing the company and causing store closures. It’s too bad, we love the food, we just have seen the mismanagement of their stores over the years. Pity 🙁
