Kaitlyn’s is a small down home Cafe they have awesome food we eat there a lot when we go to Illinois they also have a daily lunch and dinner special they do everyday ❤️ service is really great every time we go the regular customers gather round and visit and they’re in there every single day and most of the waitresses there remembers what they get

My husband and I waited 15 minutes for some one to take our drink order. Other people came in after us they got their order taken soon as they say down. 3 servers seen us setting there and just ignore us. Had to go and ask for refills girl was very rude. She just sat there rolling silverware. No service No tip. Won’t be back for a long time.

Food was decent. I had the patty melt an onion rings. Our waitress was an older lady. She took our order, brought us the food and never came back. My wife said she was sitting behind us eating between people coming in. I understand you have to eat. When you get a chance. Grab a bite here and there. But don’t sit down and just eat while you have customers.

The server was really friendly and very nice, so id give them 5 stars. But the cook is terrible, the last 3 times I went in it takes easily 30-45 min to get your food. I would see people who sat down after my table with the same amount of people get their food first. I think the cook doesn’t go in order of the tickets or they play favorites with the customers.

Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! Great food, I mean GREAT! Great service, smiles, kindness, attentive, couldn’t ask for anything better! Atmosphere was beyond welcoming, felt like everyone was a big old family!! Love love love this place!!! Next time we are in town we will definitely be back here!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They deserve more than 5 ☆
