Came with a friend, his wife and child. Everyone’s food was amazing and the guy taking orders was awesome. I would order everything again. We had the Morisqueta, the Enchiladas, the Quesabirria and a Quesadilla for the kid.

I’ve eaten at alot, I mean A LOT of taco trucks in the hillsboro area. And I can say undoubtedly, this place has the best Birria tacos around. Hand made fresh Tortillas too. And the 3 salsas they have are awesome. Try them all.

I’ve been a few times now and each time the food is very different than at other places I’ve tried in the area. Most recently I had the enchiladas and it was as if I was having food cooked by my Mexican grandmother. Ok, I don’t have una abuela mexicana, but if I did these would be her enchiladas.
