Why would ANYONE go here? The food is bland and tasteless. The burritos and bowls are a joke with their size. It’s gotta be one of the WORST values anywhere! The kids meal burrito is the length of a finger!!! Management says they can’t do anything about it and give you a corporate number that no one answers or calls back from! How is this place in business?!?!? The worst!

Could not tell you how the food was. I ordered on the mobile app to pick up curb side. Ordered it 20 minutes before i clocked out at work for lunch. Got there and hit the “I’m here” button. I waited for 30 minutes for my food and never received it. I called in to make sure they had my order and she assured me they had it. After waiting for for over 30 minutes of not getting my food I had to leave as I was late going back to work. I had to call and have them cancel my order. Probably wont every try that ever again.

Stopped over here as I have a loved one in the hospital and it’s right next door. The gent taking the orders and greeting everyone as they enter and exit was awesome. So friendly and courteous, so rare these days.

The night shift on June 10th was great! They offered to remake my burrito correctly (from memory) when they noticed it was soggy. They had the most professional attitude all around, and this was at the end of the night on Saturday when no one would want to be working.

I’ve been to a lot of Moe’s all across the country and the two guys working at this Moe’s had no clue about how to make a burrito or even a taco. First guy added way too much rice, beans, meat, and grilled onions. Overflowing even before the toppings. Then guy two didn’t even have a chance to roll the burrito properly. Stuffing falling out everywhere when trying to eat. The tacos were so full that they just fell apart as you picked them up. These dudes need proper training on how to make them, We love Moe’s overall but this location needs work.

Convenient location near St. Thomas West. Dropped in for a late lunch. I love me some Moe’s and it’s been a while since I visited. I tried the Stack. Steak, pintos, corn, cheese, jalapeños, lettuce, and threw some Kickin’ Cayenne on the side. It was delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. Love the queso and chips! Staff was very friendly.

All meat and cheese cold un appealing, all of the imployees sitting around in the dining area on their phones. Very expensive not worth the price. The only good part was a raspberry salsa. Food supplies sitting in dining area. Catering supplies stored in dining area. I will not be back and others should stay away.

Their policy of not accepting bills over a 20 cost me a 38 dollar overdraft fee. If the policy had been mentioned or posted before the food was made I would have gotten change or eaten somewhere else.

I lived on the west coast and southern border for years. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find authentic burrito, green sauce, guacamole anywhere else in the country. This is the BEST burrito in Nashville that I found and believe me, I have looked.
