Great place to eat before a swim. The full sub is huge and worth the price. The burgers are flavorful and decently sized. I’m craving it again just writing this review lol. They definitely get the little things right. Definitely welcoming to out-of-state visitors.

Cute sub and pizza shop. They have a dining area to eat inside with a great view of the water. Ham sub was good and very large portion. The staff was really friendly.

I get the large Turkey Cosmo every time I visit. As opposed to other sub shops, the order always comes generously filled with turkey and cheese and not simply filled with lettuce that gives the impression of a large sub. Always busy and workers are extremely polite.
