Great place to go when you want pizza but only for take home and bake at home. You ask how you want your pizza prepared and they put all the ingredients you want on it. Then take it home and bake yourself. It’s delicious and tasty . Yummy. Thanks Papa Murphys for the kind experience. People are friendly and I would definitely come back. I got a all meat pizza with extra cheese and Great toppings.

Closed early with no warning. Showed up at 7:45pm, doors locked. No signage indicating they closed early. If you are open till 8pm. The door stays unlocked till 8pm.

I have been here several times. The manager is 100% great at customer service! When I have a large order (which is always) he helps me get it to my vehicle if he can. The rest of the staff is always courteous! Pizza well priced and good!

This is THE BEST Papa Murphy’s within 30 miles at least. Coming in at 7:40 p.m. on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, l I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place was clean, the refrigerators of drinks and sides/desserts were stocked, plus we were greeted by a friendly, welcoming face. Ryan(?) washed his hands as he greeted me, and asked if I knew what I wanted. I got the Thai Chicken (with extra cheese instead of chicken) and a veggie (with no cheese). Ryan and Ron were AMAZING. They were both extra accurate and patient even with my odd requests. Ryan answered all of my questions, no matter how silly, as he made the Thai pizza. Ron made the veggie pizza and took an extra moment to make sure the veggies were evenly spaced and not clumped. He said “ I just try to make it how I would want it!” What more could you ask for? Ryan and Ron are super stars!!

The customer service is at this takeout pizza restaurant is terrible. I have been there 3 times and have a terrible experience each time. The last time I went they forgot part of my order so I have to drive 10 minutes back to the restaurant. Guess what, they could care less. Their employees are lacking basic customer skills that are vital to the success of any business. I have been to both locations in Iowa City and Coralville and found both places equally as bad. My suggestion, go to Wig and Pen and pay the extra $5.
