First of, I was surprised there’s parking lot considering it’s in New York. So parking is not even an issue coming to this place. It’s a fairly new restaurant, very clean. Staff is really nice and our server was excellent. He explained how the ordering is done using the tablet provided and it’s easy. Each one gets an individual pot and each one can choose his/her own soup, spicy or not spicy soup. Then you choose the vegetables, seafood, meat, noodles you want to add in your soup. You can even have steamed rice on the side. They even have an appetizer buffet with wings, spring rolls, fries, kimchi and a cream puff for dessert The wings were delish! The buffet is an excellent idea for patrons who are really hungry and it’s great to have while waiting for your hotpot. The service was really fast. We were served our orders before we can finish our appetizers. Of course the hotpot was absolutely flavorful and super satisfying! I can’t comment on the price as were only invited. We had a great time bonding with friends and enjoying delicious food and excellent service!

Dined here for lunch one day after noticing this location was recently opened. Great option of Korean hot pot dining without having to travel into NYC. Modern and clean restaurant was also very busy, but we were seated at a table immediately. Service was great, staff was friendly, helpful, and explained how to order, since it was our first time at a location like this. The broth options are very good, even has options for vegetarians. The sauce bar allows you to customize to your own taste preference. Food quality and options were amazing for the price of all you can eat dining. I do recommend trying this place.

It’s a good place for enjoying all-you-can-eat hotpot, including various meats and seafood. Ordering materials from a tablet in your seat, and they bring them to you, so you could have more time with your family and friends. Soft opening now with 20%off. It’s a good deal.

I usually get my hot pot fix in flushing but came here today after a huge disappointment with another newly opened restaurant nearby. The wait was not horrible, only 25 mins at 7:50pm. The selection for both meat and veggies were decent, don’t expect anything too uncommon here like the ones in Queens. There’s a few hot foods available as well which my son enjoyed. They had fries and fried chicken bites today which the adults also enjoyed. Service was also great, our waiter was attentive. Overall great experience as a first timer and it’s prefect for anyone local that no longer need to commute to queens for hot pot.

Been here twice for hot pot since they opened. Love it! Everything is fresh and comes out fast. The Korean seafood soup base is amazing. Be warned towards dinner hours it gets really busy so there’s a wait! Worth it though. Can’t wait for the grills to open.

Had a good time here, with fresh meat, seafood and vegetables, all served very promptly. Our server Ricky was very cool and super helpful describing the menu and order process. Very fair prices and not crowded on a Thursday night. This place will become packed as more folks find out about it!

New place opened up recently. They didn’t have BBQ set up so you can only get hot pot. They offer a 20% discount for the inconvenience.

Went to KPOT to grab dinner with some friends. We got there a little after 5pm on a Friday and we were able to get seated right away. It was my friends’ first time trying hotpot and they had an awesome experience! Our server Lina was so kind and informative and explained how everything worked, while also giving us recommendations. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. All of the servers were very attentive and helpful. I think Tommy was another one of the servers who was always around to fill up our broth if needed. They gave us 20% off because the KBBQ was not working/available when we went so including tip we ended up paying about $30 per person which we felt was very fair and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks once they have KBBQ!

They asked us to order from a tablet. We came here as a party of six. The tablet allowed us to order only two dish of meat at once, and we were forced to wait three minutes between orders by the tablet. The tablet would lock itself after one minute, and someone would have to come over and unlock it for us everytime!! So annoying. They also served us food relatively slow, and they always had something missing from the order. They did have in store WiFi for customer, but the workers didn’t know the password. Each dish of meat was so little for a party of six, and I understand that they were trying to limit food waste. However, experience wise, it was just bad. The broth was okay, not bad. But Their employees have to be better trained, so that they don’t come out with a truck of meat and placing them to different tables randomly.
