This is the worst Chipotle I have ever dealt with & I never leave reviews. On mobile orders, the workers are so lazy, even if you pay for extra, they provide you with the bare minimum. Food is thrown together, forgot the rice & bowl is full of chicken juice. Man what is this?

The staff was very friendly and polite but the food is absolutely disgusting. It had a very weird taste. I took at least 3-4 bites and I couldn’t even finish it! Definitely will not be going back. An absolute waste of my money!

I’m so disappointed and concerned to see such a poor rating of a place like chipotle. It’s a new addition to the town and maybe the staff were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm that people showed, and was not ready to handle that!! I’m sure that might be the only clarification. I have always been a chipotle fan and devoured at many locations of chipotle across the nation. This one was just another usual to me. I ordered a burrito bowl with a lot of toppings. It was fresh, filling, tasty and a total value for money. I would go back soon.

Every single time I go here, something is wrong with my experience or order. The staff is extremely rude and aggressive. They’re always out of food items or inventory. And even when they’re not, they still manage to mess up extraordinarily. Fed up with it. The worst food establishment I have ever been to in my entire life.

We ordered through the app. Amazing options using the app. The downside is when arriving at the window to pick up, they were out of 2 items for our kids meal. Very disappointing. We opted to accept chips vs. fruit and chose a lemonade vs. unsweet tea. Both of those options had way too many carbs/added sugars for our 4 year old. Other than that, the other food was on-point. Great tasting. Hopefully, they will have fruit stocked and make tea for customers in the future.

Ordered a quesadilla on the app. Got there and there was a sign on the door that said they were out of cheese, steak, chicken, beans; almost the entire menu! So I realized I would have to cancel my order. The lady up front said she couldn’t cancel my order or even give me a refund. We waited 45 minutes for my roommate’s order, but while we were waiting, we noticed that there actually was cheese! So, I asked if I could have my order, but the girl said since I wanted to cancel she threw away my ticket. My card was already charged for the meal, but all they offered was a cup of cheese. Why would I want a cup of cheese?! I just wanted a quesadilla! Very sad because I love chipotle :(((

Everyone was pretty friendly and apologetic about the lack of ingredients during my visit. It may have just been a very busy understaffed day. Overall the food was alright. Could have been fresher and better if prepping was more organized.

we were told it’d be a fifteen minute wait on chicken and steak. Thirty minutes later, they tell us another twenty minutes. The workers were standing around talking and not acknowledging any customer at the register. Very unprofessional and lazy.

I had trouble with a dasher taking my food. I went up to chipotle ready for all kinds of struggle. I spoke to the manager and she was the kindest person I wish I had gotten her name. But she was incredibly helpful and understanding.

The parking lot is terrible. It is so tight it is hard to get in and out of.. both times I’ve gone I couldn’t get what I wanted because they were out of everything. Like if you see it’s getting low you cook . Restock before it runs out.
