White Llama in the Distance
The water here was pretty good. It tastes like when you get a sprite or sierra mist and drink it, but then leave the ice and wait for it to melt. It had the finest hint of soda, but it was just ice water. Not bad. I’m told by a friend of mine who used to work at this location that on the drink fountain sierra mist (now starry) and water are right next to eachother, so I’m not surprised. Overall, good experience, costumer service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything special either. May order something next time.

Ordered through 2 $5 boxes through the mobile app and they took 25 minutes to make the order while i stood there and watched them. I did basically tell them that that was pathetic and they should give me 2 free drinks…. they agreed.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell in all Central Mass. They mess up most of, if not, my entire order every single time I’m there. It’s always in a way that like shows you they’re capable of understanding you want things differently, but not capable of giving any type of concern.

Doors remain locked as they insist it’s a drive thru only location since covid. Easy way to lose business of anyone who wants to bring their family inside to sit and eat. Sounds more like the staff just doesnt want to have to clean the dining room. Waste of a location and waste of a dining space.

Can only order in drive through or via app (dining room closed). Trying to order via the app is a nightmare, as even basic items (especially drinks) “aren’t available”, only to get to the drive through and be told they are. Also, orders are **frequently** messed up. Avoid at all costs
