Food was decent overall but this was my 3rd visit to this location and there’s always an issue. First time was a forgotten side, second was a wrong item and this time it was the fries. $3.49 for half an order of kind of warm fries.

Half the time I go through checkout it seems workers don’t care about accuracy of orders. Today the cashier asked me if I wanted cocktail sauce. I said yes but they forgot and I had to go back. Asked for iced tea unsweetened and cashier even acknowledged unsweet. Got warm sweet tea instead. Gross.. asked for lemonade instead and was finally cold. Lady prepping food said they were out of chicken sandwiches and would take 20 min for any additional orders. All in all I had to go back through front door a number of times for one order. Disturbing to think how many people go through the drive thru only to get home and find out part of their order is wrong or missing? Unacceptable service in any book if you ask me.

The workers are clueless when it comes to customer service. Rude and snotty when asked for replacements. The Mac and cheese looks like it’s weeks old and comes with giants slops of just old gross over cooked cheese and they think it’s normal. Gross. The sign also says the chicken sandwich meal comes with a biscuit but they don’t actually give you one, sign needs to change then…. chicken sandwich is usually really good, everything else is pretty bleh….

Love their chicken! I go for the classic, the spicy is a bit much for me, but the mashed potatoes have a slightly spicy gravy I can do! Great tasting beans and rice, we usually add our own shredded chedder cheese to it.

Unfortunately, I had to throw my entire meal away from this place. The food was awful. Reason #1 the fries had too much grease, the batter had hints of fish grease. The fries were unbearable to eat. Trash. #2 the chicken had way too much grease and no flavor. The meat was way too dry and flavorless. Trash. #3 the fish, stunk. Meaning, I don’t know if the oil was left out too long or if it was uncooked. But the smell lingered in my vehicle even after 45 minutes. Not something I would put in my body. Please stay away from this dirty restaurant and please stay healthy…peace…love and light always.

I asked several times no thighs will pay extra got to window assured me no thighs and that’s what I got fry’s are to expensive to pay for and not get them missing fry’s live on the other side of town after long wait in line and out of the area I had to call back nice about it so next time I was in the area I told the person who took my order what I want and told them I was on the books for free fry’s today and a peice of chicken but got to the window and they wanted me to pay for the order and then they would give me the other fry not the chicken which was supposed to be the replacement asked for manger her name started with a M can’t think of it now but she was so disappointing and closed the window in my face. Haven’t been back.
