The food is fresh and it taste awesome. They have a mix of sauces. They mix the sauce with the food so every bite is tasty. Today was our first time and definitely will not be our last. The price is almost like chipotle. Maybe for some people are expensive but comparing with other restaurants and the freshness, I think is a reasonable price. The place is very clean and quite.

If you want regular long grain white rice then eat here. They do NOT have sushi rice. The girl thought that because the rice was hot and it sticks together it’s “sticky rice”. Their rice was also way under cooked. They were “out of” most ingredients. The “manager” didn’t really care to fix the problem and didn’t care to loose a customer. The owner was too busy to even bother resolving anything. I will most definitely take my business to POKEWORKS.

My daughter and I came in for lunch on Friday Jan 5th and the girl behind the counter was so nice! I asked her name but I forgot it! My daughter has severe allergies to all kinds of weird stuff corn gluten dairy soy but she took so much time to make sure we got everything that we wanted and it was so delicious! She went above and beyond went back into the back to read the labels off of all of the sauces to see if she could have any of them and was so so friendly and helpful it was unbelievable! A definate go to spot if you haven’t tried it! I didn’t realize it until we were done but they have soda that is not made with high fructose corn syrup! I wish we would have saw this before we left! There are so many places around that have good food but when you can find a place that has an awesome personality and a genuine caring of your experience It is priceless! This place is so awesome!

I never give a place 1 star if I can help it. They are out of half their drinks. Their popular teas which they advertise were all sold out. Missing several key ingredients. This is at 2:30 pm. Had 1 person working. Waited a long a** time for our food. I won’t come back here again.

Total flop. Out of too many ingredients and supplies. I did not enjoy my food or experience. I used to love coming here when it first opened. Staff was friendly, service was great and food was awesome. I would drive across town just to eat here. But the last few times I’ve come have been very disappointing. I finally convinced my family to give them another chance but we were quickly reminded why we stopped going there and will not be going back. They’re always out of most major ingredients and even supplies. Instead of asking customers what they want they should just tell customers what they have available so customers can choose from there. Every time we asked for something they kept saying “we ran out.” Not only did they ran out of ingredients, they even ran out of supplies. We had to eat our medium size meals on the small containers because they ran out of the medium bowls. Our food was so crammed into the smaller bowl, we had a hard time eating out of it. Also we weren’t offered a bottle opener to open our sodas, the tables were sticky and while we were trying to make the best of it enjoy our food, we could hear employees causing a commotion in the back room. It sounded like they were throwing pots and pans across the room. We felt unwelcomed. Not going back!
