Just spent $30 on the big dinner box & found a piece of blonde hair made into the pizza. Along with few pieces of lint. Called the store and you can only get the call center and they were no help! Will no longer order pizza from you all ever again.

The first time I visited this location near 28th Street & State Ave, a customer had a complaint with the server that her order was not a good value for the money. The server called the manager, but the manager refused to refund the customer’s money. I somewhat disregarded that experience and one month later ordered a pizza. When I picked up my pizza, the server was not pleasant but not rude. The flavor of my pizza was ok, but overall it was dry and lacked sauce. I think Aldi’s Grocery has better pizza.

I was happy about the drive thru Pizza Hut, however the staff must not be used to it or the drive thru car alert must not be loud enough as I had to wait good 5 minutes for someone to come to window. I honked my horn, I back up so the sound would go off letting them know someone was in drive thru (& if I heard the bell from my car they should here it in the building), other employees say me, I yelled “hello” because drive thru window door was crack open…..then young lady come nonchalant with no apologies about the wait…..#customerserviceinthedotte
