Rumor has it that the food has really turned around this location. I use the drive-through got a double cheeseburger, french fries, and a pop and they took my order. Extremely quickly, confirmed my order, everything was fresh and hot and they asked if I wanted a Burger King hat and as an adult that was awesome! Of course, I said yes I’ll come back anytime.

The food is pretty good. Burger King has a solid product set.. Problem is I can get a food at most restaurants faster than I can at this place. Hard to give anything more than two stars when I’m spending twenty minutes to get “fast” food when there’s also no line. Maybe the workers need some better equipment if a standard order takes that long

In the past I have never really had complaints about this location… however over the last few months I have noticed some poor customer service. Specifically from a morning worker that wears a black shirt with long brown hair, short, always loud (yelling at employees for giving up Ketchup packets or any sauce for that matter) and extremely rude. I assume from the shirt she’s a manager but she has extremely poor customer service skills. As I said she’s very rude but will offer a crown when I’m leaving as if she is trying to make up for her clear rudeness. I find myself asking if Breana is working because I know she is always super kind and makes sure I recieve the best experience possible. If I have an issue with my order she will remake it personally or offer up some free dessert to make up for the inconvenience. I’m not sure what the other supposed managers issue is, but she clearly needs some more customer service training. In the meantime I will avoid coming in until checking to see if Breana is working or not just so I can recieve the customer experience I deserve.

You rarely find kids who are happy to work today. But these kids were happy, they enjoyed their job, it made my night. Cheap food is OK but throw in a kind, polite worker with manners… A+++

It’s good to see Birger King in Elk River now open daily for lunch. I have not had a Whopper in two years and they prepared mine just right with all the right trimmings to satisfy my cravings. Well cooked and delicious at the drive thru. Dining is not open. Drive thru is getting better with breakfast and dinner hours.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single with the cheese microwaved into the bun. When I went to the counter to tell them of the mistake a very nice bit poorly trained “manager?” Told me I had only paid for a single and would need to pay for a second Patty.

This is the best Burger King around food wise. Always get the right food and its always fresh. Very happy with that part! The staff is a bit slow but i understand that staffing is hard these days. If you want good food its the Best Burger King in the area.

They will screw up your order no matter how simple it is do not be fooled. Just one other car in drive thru. All I got was a croissant combo and they gave me two croissants. I once got a double whopper meal thru door dash that costed nearly $20 and they gave me a single whopper with no toppings. 4 stars only because I was reading the reviews and someone got bacon on their vegan whopper lol.

Waited 1/2 hour in line(2 cars in front of me). Finally got to the ordering screen and lady said that their drive thru computer went down and couldn’t take my order. So i said “now I have to go stand in line for another 1/2 hour? She said “well you don’t have to.” “No I don’t “i replied and left. Customer service the worst!!!! Went home, Father went back to get the food inside….. but once again things did NOT go well. He proceeded to go inside BUT DOORS WERE LOCKED. Cars now in drive thru. Spent another 20 mins in line. Got home and was SHORTED 3 burgers. One of the WORST experiences me and my family has had! I would give no stars if I could
