Wow! Spent 12 yrs living in Chicago and I can’t think of a restaurant there or anywhere else I’ve had better Thai food. No exaggeration. From the Ribeye Yellow Curry to the Garlic Black Pepper(chicken) and the Crab Rangoon including the spicy sauce on the side, as cliche as it is, EVERYTHING FRESH and undeniably made in house.

I’m obsessed with this place. Thai curry is one of my fav foods of all time and their curry is amazing! I actually have to talk myself out of going multiple times a week. Highly recommend. Husband loves their pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Haven’t had anything we didn’t like. They are also SO sweet and such a cute little restaurant. A wonderful little gem that Clovis has!

5 stars alone for the mango with sticky rice. It is my favorite dessert, and their’s did not disappoint and I’ll definitely be back for this! We ordered a HUGE order and it took a while and they threw in some extra egg rolls. Got home and there was 2 items missing. We called and they had them ready when we went back. The orange Chicken and sesame chicken tasted exactly the same. Husband said the pork pad Thai was good.

I have been all over the world and spent some time in Thailand also, and this restaurant is the only place I’ve ever eaten that the food taste like it’s straight from Thailand itself. Super friendly family oriented atmosphere. The owners will make you feel like you are waiting in your living for your mother to finish cooking. If I could could eat only one thing from the town of Clovis for the rest of my life, it would be from here!

Love this place and recommend it to everyone! Unfortunately I have to give the atmosphere 4 out of 5 stars because they have these beautiful soothing blue lights next to a gorgeous green painting, yet I rarely see patrons seated over there, and it was the second time I’ve not been able to sit there. I wrote my very first review of Siam Bistro right after the first blue light experience. As a light sensitive individual, this means a lot to me.

Oh my goodness. I don’t even know where to start. I was visiting from out of town -and being vegan- I was thrilled to see that Siam Bistro had its own section for vegan entrees. The woman who served us, Kay, is an absolute Angel. She noted to me that she could make anything on the menu vegan upon request, which was heartwarming. The food was incredibly fresh and beautifully served. I had a #55 which was mixed vegetables in a gravy sauce with crisp tofu. My partner had orange chicken & egg rolls and we were both extremely satisfied. If I lived in Clovis I’d be here everyday.

We visited for the first time and the service and food were wonderful! The Tom yum soup was perfect, and the pineapple fried rice was delicious, just wish it had a couple more pieces of shrimp. My husband loved the yellow curry with chicken, we will definitely be back to try something new!
