Had such a great time here with my family last night. Though it was late for my kids, we still had an amazing time. It’s like and old school Italian restaurant with exceptional service and food. I mean everything was delicious. The staff are warm and cordial, even after my son spilled his drink everywhere. To me this place has the right family running it with the right staff for the job. Food comes out on time like it should. Your are definitely not rushed in any way at all. Drink were made exactly to spec… and that’s a big thing with most places because they never get them right… but Mario’s definitely did. But you want to know how you really can tell this is a good restaurant? Because it’s flooded with Italian families. Being Italian I can tell you were are very picky lol. So if you’re in the area definitely give them a try.. you won’t regret it.

Nobody puts baby veal in the corner!!! Hey Mario I dont see Veal Sorrentino on the menu can you make it for me “ABSOLUTELY ” he says!!! Thats always going to be the answer when you dine at this place! POUND FOR POUND Mario is the nicest most accommodating restaurant owner you will ever meet! He totally enhances your experience & the food is delicious too. His Veal & Chicken entrees are the standout for me! This very well might be the best Italian restaurant in Farmingdale folks go check it out!!!

We cannot say enough about how AWESOME it was to have chosen Absolutely Mario to hold our wedding reception/luncheon there on Oct. 14, 2022!! What an AWESOME, elegant and delicious time we had. Mario himself made sure of that and Diago and the rest of the staff could not have been better. The food was delicious and everyone was very accommodating to our needs. We were from out of town, we interviewed 5 restaurants, 2 never returned our request and Mario, himself, responded to us. The price was right, pictures of his restaurant look very elegant for the occasion…everything felt good about it and we definitely made the right decision!! Thank you, Mario and staff…you couldn’t have done anything better!! We will see you on our next visit to NY!!
