This Midlothian Hot Spot is just that! The food is SO tasty & the city knows because it was PACKED! Sylvania was the sweetest & attentive server and So was Mr Eddie. When introduced to him & that we were transitioning from Louisiana he said “WELCOME HOME” with huge & genuine smile. That is service! Of course you see in the pictures we had a little of everything. Fried zucchini not pictured but DELICIOUS. ALE’s will be a Saturday Tradition for my family! ❤

Since this place has opened, the parking lot has been filled with cars. We decided to brave the crowds today and try it. ALE’s was mostly full of people but we were seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

100% THE Best breakfast place ever! Our Place in Mansfield is now a very distant 2nd place. Having only been here once, I can only recommend the Mexican Benedict, but everything they served to tables around us were spectacular looking.

The food was cooked to perfection. I had the create your own omelet with avocado, home fries and biscuits and gravy, my husband had country fried steak with eggs, my daughter had pancakes and my son had chicken strips. Everything was delish. The Bloody Mary was good and all the drinks people ordered looked good also. Every plate I saw delivered made me want to try that next. Lol. Definitely have to go back and try more of the food. The staff was friendly and you can tell the owners/staff take pride in everything they serve. The only thing I would suggest is adding some seasoning to the hash browns, but It is still an overall 5 stars!!! Forgot to take a picture before, here’s a half way through pic.

We opted for Ale’s Kitchen in Midlothian for dinner on Friday night. We walked in and we greeted immediately by a friendly young lady who sat us very quickly. Our server came and took our drink order and an appetizer. We ordered our dinner and it came out quickly.
