We have been ordering from Hot Pot for years and never had a complaint. We ordered last weekend and again tonight and the meals were way too spicy that we could hardly eat them! Last weekend I actually said make it with just mild spice, it def was not mild! Guess if we ever order again, I’ll have to remember to say “no spice”!!

Very much enjoyed our delivery this evening, which arrived hot and promptly. We ordered early in the day for evening delivery. Five-spice chicken, vegetable fried rice, and Hunan Beef, with a sprinkling of hot mustard, duck sauce, and soy. Plenty left over for tomorrow!

Finally someone listened!! I asked for spicy and got spicy, it was wonderful. Many places think I am joking when I ask for actual spicy. This place just stepped up to the plate. The food was great, and the service was excellent. Found the place by accident (just adventuring) but will be back.

The restaurant staff is always friendly, the food is good. I have never dined in, always ordered delivery. Drivers arrive earlier than the expected time and are friendly. There have been a few times where items were missing, mostly drinks, but the restaurant corrected this by crediting the difference. If the drinks issue with delivery orders was corrected, my review would be a solid 5 stars. It may be worth developing a reminder process/system for drivers when there is a drink to get from the fridge. Color-coded sticker/sticky note on the bag, etc. I understand the rush since I was a driver myself once. Just a thought of a possible solution.

We have been going to this place for years. In the past they were consistently the best, as of recent with my most recent order I can no longer say that. Both of our fried rice’s ordered are very “weak on flavor” and are complete missing egg. The portion sizes have also gotten smaller. Not the worst food, but definitely not the same quality or quantity from the past years. The ingredients are definitely of cheaper quality. We have been long time customers of 10+ Years and this is very disappointing.
