If I could give 0 stars I would. They never gave the driver the third box in my order. Insisted there was only 2 boxes. When I called they tried to blame the driver. I can easily tell they were lying. I will never order from them again.

We called and were transferred to this store based on location. The store picks up and says we are out of the delivery range. Somehow they still managed to bring us a pizza we didn’t order. In a mixup with the other store we ended up having to pay for 2 pizzas.

Best experience with them yet. Online ordering was quick and easy. It arrived quickly and was very hot. I like that they seem to have a greater quantity of each topping as compared to some other pizzas. I like to be able to taste something besides cheese and crust in every bite. The driver was great and I think he went over and above with the contactless delivery. I think you can tell I was happy with this experience.

Horrible experience tonight with this store. I placed an online order for 2 heart pizzas, wings and a brownie and could now add “garlic butter sauce” to the order online. So immediately after placing the order I called and spoke with an associate explaining I have 3 kids that all want the sauce and I could not add it online. He asked how many I wanted, I said 4, and he stated my address to me to confirm which order to add it to. I confirmed it and he said okay, gottcha 4 extra sauces. Once my order arrived I asked the delivery driver about the sauce and he said he didn’t have it, nor was it on the order. I opened the box and no sauces at all. So of course I get upset and call in. The person who answered, not naming names to be polite, said there was none on my order. I explained that I called in and he just said that they were never added. I expressed my frustration that NO sauce was in the box at all, not even the normal 1 that comes with it, and he said they do not come with thin crust. I told him I still need the sauce and he told me it would be 6.99 for the sauce because of delivery fee and 45-50 min to get it. Terrible experience, never again.
