I ordered a Hot’n Ready Stuffed Crust Pepperoni this evening… but it took not the 5-7 minutes I was told but a whole 18 minutes to cook. So when I got it in the vehicle… I picked up a slice. I could roll it up. I think either their oven is broken or the employees brains. Take a look at the pictures.

Great Value without sacrificing taste! It’s a bit of a hassle at first, as they won’t take over the phone orders, so you’ve got to go through the whole online ordeal. They’ve always had my order ready when I’ve gotten there, always correct. I’m a bit bitter about the fact that the Italian cheese bread doesn’t come with a pizza/marinara sauce BUT as I’ve only actually been charged once for it, I suppose I should just let the bitterness go. The employees are mostly good natured and helpful, but as with any “fast food” (does this count as fast food? Philosophical question?) restaurant you know it’s gonna be a grab-bag and you could get a snarly, unsmiling gremlin at any time. Such is the way of the world.

If I could give a zero…I would!! Just lost a long time customer. It’s disgusting, the glass door is so filthy you can’t see inside. The 2 employees were rude. She had her stragly hair down and he had a long beard that was not in a hair net. Couldn’t make cheese bread because you have to order on line?? Its 5.00 bread not Texas Road House.

I am totally impressed. I was waiting for my pizza when a lady returned to pick up her order. The young man was honest saying he got confused and would have it ready in 4 minutes. He was honest had a great attitude with her and the two young employees gave her a dessert for being patient with them. That is how customer service should be. We should all understand that companies are operating short handed. The customer recognized this and the employees stepped up with a smile to make the best of the situation. I hope I keep seeing such positive things.

They got my order. When I arrived they had misunderstood and made two pizzas. I only needed 1. So she thought she refunded my card for almost 20 dollars. Then charged additional 13 and change. She canceled the order but didn’t refund my 20 bucks to card. Money I really needed. I can’t get in you with a manager to save my life. Will never go back ! I paid 33 dollars and change for a cold/dry pizza and now out 20 bucks!

I have seen this store go through a lot. Being from this area I know the ups and downs of food service in the area. Supply is hard when you can’t find workers or food supplies are not on time. When a store has to change hours to closing at 9pm during the week and 10pm on Friday and Saturday it confuses customers but a fact. Still can’t beat a $5 pizza!!!

Don’t order anything from this place online or app wise. Their system thinks they stay open when they do not. I submitted an adjustment to google to let them know they close @930 not 11. How come they don’t keep their hours they advertise everywhere? Google, yelp, even the hours of operation on their answering service and door? They consistently close 1-2 hours early and 1 time I even took my tee ball team to all get a pizza in middle of the day few months back and they was closed. With people getting 25+ an hr you’d think you could keep employees. It must pay more to NOT sell pizza pies, than selling pizza pies. I’ll never understand economics.
