While the atmosphere and lighting were good, they were also, sadly, the best part of eating there. I ordered a chicken parm sub. The chicken was shaved, like on a grater, and dried out almost beyond recognition. The rest of the ingredients were tossed, like in a salad, and dumped into the sub – NOT how to make a sub. In short, never going back.

I was so excited to show this place to my girlfriend last night. She had never even heard of Capriotti’s. Bought the large chicken Philly. One of my favorites. It was so over cooked, my girlfriend couldn’t even chew it! They didn’t even put the marinara or peppers that I requested. Way too dry. She asked if it was jerky in there. Neither of us could even eat it and had to throw it away. She’s really mad that it was a waste of 30 something dollars on our order and she didn’t even pay for it, I did… Worst Capriotti experience ever.

Ordered dinner on their website. Chose the delivery option. Received a confirmation with a delivery time. Waited over an hour and checked website. It said it was in route. Called location and was told there was no delivery option on the website and that we must’ve ordered from grub hub or something. Double checked and it was definitely capriottis official site. He still said we were mistaken and that they don’t deliver. That’s funny because my card was charged by capriottis and website still says it’s in route. Never got dinner that night and still trying to get a refund from these people 4 days later. Do not use their joke of a website or you will get scammed out of food and cash too. The person we spoke to was assistant manager.

So FREAKING delicious! Wanted to try this place while visiting in Vegas, and had to go back AGAIN for trip home sandwiches! SO GOOD! New staff was being trained but the were friendly! Very customer service oriented! Make station there where u can watch EVERY step as ur food is prepared! So GOOD! Need this place in Cali! Will be our go to every time we’re in Vegas! THANKS GUYS! Capriotti’s is my go-to when I’m in the mood for a delicious cheesesteak sandwich. I always call in my order and I’m in and out when picking up my food. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean and the prices are decent for the amount of food that you receive!

This particular Capriottis store used to be my goto sandwich shop. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months, the service and cleanliness of this location have become unbearable. Luckily, there are several Capriottis locations in town. I recommend the store located near Bluediamond and Cimarron.
