This Carl’s Jr is efficient, well taken care of and the staff is friendly as all heck! I love the charbroiled burgers! Just the classic California burger, extra sauce no tomatoes! Thank you very much! I was impressed as I sat there enjoying my burgers. The crew just being so on task without prompting. It was a down time when I showed up. Not just the front staff were wiping tables, surfaces, and replacing things, the the rest of the crew took care of the outside, the windows and drive through. I watch these things and it makes me want to come back because I know my food is NOT going to be contaminated. I’ve been to other places that don’t give a flying squirrel about the front and lobby, not cleaning the soda fountains, replenishing napkins and not wiping tables. ESPECIALLY during peak times this is not happening. They do this to cut costs by not staffing enough folks to keep the establishment cleanly during rush times. This Carl’s Jr knows what it’s doing and is not sacrificing quality and safety to cut costs. Much appreciated!!!!

Wow. Fast, fresh, very well made food. The pride was evident. Head and shoulders above typical fast food. Ask for onion, you get choice of white or red, not reconstituted fake “flaked food product, onion flavor”, it’s the real thing. Great service as well, courteous and just the right amount of helpful.

Just went through the drive-through at 9:45am and the lady at the window was extremely rude… she was really short because I was confused about the menu to the point that my developmentally disabled passenger cried. She threw the change at me and it fell all over the ground. She said “that’s your fault you just dropped all your change” and then slammed the window. I had to get out of my car when there was a line so that I could get the change that she threw at me and on the ground… Couldn’t believe it. Horrible woman. Never going here again.

Despite being extremely busy and fries being burning hot, this burger is ice cold. Looks absolutely disgusting and if I wasn’t afraid of them spitting in my food, I’d go and complain in person. My chicken sandwich was undercooked it was still pink that’s beyond unhealthy and I should call the health department on this store for this experience.
